Beautineer Return & Replacement Policy
We offer a 72-hour return & replacement policy, which means you have 72 hours after receiving your order to request a return or replacement.
Eligibility for Return
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as received—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, contact us at Beautineer.5155@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, you can either send the item back or request a pickup (for valid claims only) to the address mentioned on the invoice or parcel. Items sent back to us without first contacting us will not be accepted.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, replacement products will be dispatched within 5-7 working days.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for certain requests, including:
- Requests for product or shade changes (if the correct item was received).
- Requests questioning product authenticity, as all items at Beauty Emporium are 100% original from authentic suppliers.
- We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards. For questions about your specific item, feel free to contact us.
Exchanges
To exchange a product, return the original item first. Once the return is accepted, place a new order for the replacement item.
Order Cancellation
At Beauty Emporium, you may cancel an order before it is dispatched. Cancellation requests can be made via email at Beautineer.5155@gmail.com or WhatsApp at 03457454515 at any time, 24/7.
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled without an attempt at delivery due to safety protocols.
Please note that discount vouchers used for canceled orders cannot be reused, while loyalty points will be credited back to your account.
Refunds for Cancelled Orders
For prepaid orders canceled before dispatch, refunds will be processed within 2-3 working days and credited to the original payment method. It may take an additional 1-2 working days for the amount to reflect in your account.
