Q. How do I place my order?

- Browse our products and select the item you wish to purchase.
- Click on the “Add To Cart” button.
- You can continue shopping and add more items to your cart if desired.
- Once ready, click on the “Cart” icon in the menu.
- Review your cart and click “Proceed to Checkout.”
- Enter your billing details and review your order information.
- Click on “Place Order” to complete the purchase.
- You will receive a confirmation email with your order details. Orders can be placed with Cash on Delivery (COD).
Q. How do I cancel an order?
A. To cancel an order, log in to your account. If you are a guest, you can call our helpline during office hours to request a cancellation. Orders can also be canceled during the final confirmation call.
